Founded in 1994, APEX serves the radiology needs of the rural and suburban areas of the United States by providing the technology and manpower to enable high-resolution radiological images to be taken in one place and instantly transmitted to a trained, licensed radiologist physician, who in turn provides an immediate interpretive report, all via the internet. The Management Team of APEX, who are located at the Company's headquarters in Coral Springs, Florida, all have extensive backgrounds in the radiology profession. The founder of the company has a background exclusively in healthcare management with a focus on professional radiology services. The other members of the management team bring over 75 years of collective experience in healthcare, all of whom are practicing radiologists and participate in various aspects of the company's management and development. APEX is constantly available, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year.
